4. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments and service schedules are subject to availability. While we strive to provide timely service, weather conditions, emergencies, equipment availability, or operational circumstances may affect scheduling.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the pool and related equipment during scheduled service visits.


5. Payments & Billing

By purchasing services from Gold Cactus Pools, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Pay all invoices by the stated due date
  • Accept any applicable late fees or service interruptions for overdue accounts

Recurring service plans may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with your service agreement.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel recurring services by providing advance notice before the next scheduled billing cycle.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Completed service visits and labor already performed are generally non-refundable.


7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Maintain safe pool access
  • Secure pets during service visits
  • Inform Gold Cactus Pools of any known hazards or equipment issues
  • Maintain proper water levels between visits unless otherwise agreed
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit forms, request services, or engage with Gold Cactus Pools’ communications and offerings.

Gold Cactus Pools is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing pool conditions, neglected equipment, weather events, or customer misuse.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
